Social Care News: Foster care - Cash campaigners remain optimistic

Fostering campaigners are optimistic after meeting with juniorchildren's minister Maria Eagle to discuss their case for enhancedinvestment.

The meeting followed BAAF Adoption & Fostering and the FosteringNetwork's Cost of Foster Care report, which said 748m extrafunding was needed to provide a quality service for children (ChildrenNow, 13-19 July).
