The Gay & Lesbian Youth Social Support Network Centre is for young people up to the age of 26, and is designed to provide a multi-agency approach to service provision.
"Our aim is to create a safe and stable environment for young people to explore the issues they face surrounding their sexuality and develop positive attitudes," said Ewan Jenkins, gay men's community worker for THT in Eastbourne. "They can often find themselves isolated or bullied and we will be giving them the support they need." The centre will offer information and advice on sexual health.
