The sexual health charity has set up www.likeitis.org.uk in conjunction with Sugar magazine to give out the condoms, as well as provide advice on contraception, puberty, sexuality, periods and pregnancy.
A Marie Stopes survey last December showed that more than half of respondents were not aware that condoms would prevent sexually transmitted diseases and HIV.
But children and young people's charity Barnardo's has expressed concern. Tink Palmer, policy officer, said: "Such a move could play into the hands of abusers by giving the message that it's OK for children this young to be thinking about having sex."
