The Fatherhood Institute, which delivers the government's Think Fathers campaign, will offer advice, information and support to separated fathers through employers.
The programme of half-day courses and personalised support is based on a successful Australian scheme called Staying Connected.
"This is a way of offering support to a group that really needs it and tends to be hard to reach," said Fatherhood Institute's deputy chief executive David Bartlett. "You don't tend to get a lot of non-resident fathers pitching up at the local children's centre."
The half-day sessions will offer advice to fathers on how to manage their relationships in a way that suits the best interests of their child.
