If I were in charge of school sports I would make sure more was done to include all children and young people with or without a disability by adding accessible sports such as boccia and new age kurling to the curriculum.

As a young wheelchair user, I wasn't involved in PE much at school, because I couldn't do a lot of the sports like football or cross-country running. I got left out of things and just sat in the school library looking at books.

He told me: "Every partnership thinking about school sports should be thinking: 'Are we sure we are going to meet the needs of children with disabilities in our area?'"
