Tory leader David Cameron is enthusiastic about plans for a national school-leaver programme. He is exploring a proposal to offer three or four months of public service to school-leavers. He says it is an obvious solution to the much-quoted problems that "we don't do enough things together" and that there isn't enough for young people to do. Do young people agree that these are issues that need to be tackled? Talk about how such national service might help improve social cohesion.
