Many teenage boys have never been near an oven in their lives, but the HYPe project in Birmingham is helping to change that by teaching a group of young men how to whip up a healthy meal in minutes.

HYPe, which stands for Healthy Young People, is run by the Heart of Birmingham Teaching Primary Care Trust and provides a youth worker and nurse who work in schools and youth clubs delivering healthy eating programmes.
