Funding: 5,000 from the Tower Hamlets Partnership

A young teenager sees a bully pull a knife on his friend to steal his mobile phone. The next day he puts a knife in his school bag to protect himself but is seen by his younger brother. As they set out, he goes into a shop leaving the bag with his brother. The bullies return to target his brother, who then pulls the knife out of the bag and, in the resulting skirmish, ends up using it on another person.
