Launched on 7 June, this web site gives comprehensive news and information to care-leavers and professionals, from regional and national contacts to legal advice, links to resources and events. The site is also intended to become a focal point for the sharing of good practice. It is an initiative of the What Makes the Difference? project based at Rainer.
