The guide has basic information on refugee issues and material to help youth groups lobby politicians and the general public. There are also ideas to welcome, befriend and provide practical support to refugees.

CANCERTALK

This resource pack from Macmillan Cancer Relief is designed to help secondary school teachers talk to young people about cancer. It includes a booklet with resource sheets and teachers' notes, a video featuring case studies of young people with experience of the illness, a poster and ideas for raising awareness outside the classroom. Individual activities meet the latest syllabus requirements in areas including PSHE and citizenship.
