This new web site forms a guide for housing professionals and community organisations about involving young people. Put together by staff from Notting Hill Housing Trust and the Centre for Social Action at De Montfort University, it provides a guide on areas such as project management, training and monitoring. The focus is on developing staff skills, improving communication between staff, older and younger residents and developing policy and practice.
