Its green fund was established in 2001 and supports educational,charitable and non-profit community organisations to install small-scalerenewable energy schemes.
How much is on offer: Awards of up to 30,000 are usually givenalthough up to 50,000 is available for exceptional schemes.Grants are awarded approximately every six months by a committee, whichincludes representatives from different business areas, and is supportedby advice from an independent renewable energy consultant.
What will it fund: The grants support the installation of equipment orfeasibility studies into such installations.
A proportion can also be used for education or awareness raising.
Who can apply: Applications are welcomed from non-profit-making orcharitable organisations as well as those involved in education or workat a community level. Projects must be within London, the South West orthe South East.
