Youth charity Rainer has been awarded Volunteering England's Investing in Volunteers quality kitemark - the UK standard for volunteering management. To achieve this, the charity underwent an assessment process, which began with a self-assessment and concluded with site visits by assessors from Volunteering England and interviews with Rainer staff, board members and volunteers. The full process took more than nine months.
