Priorities for Youth is the executive's future youth work strategy, which will be informed by professionals working in the sector.
The consultation will give young people, youth workers and those with an interest in youth work the opportunity to influence the priority areas for youth during the next few years.
The Department of Education will be sending out questionnaires to stakeholders but anyone who does not receive a questionnaire can download the forms from the department's website.
There are three questionnaires to choose from and the findings from the consultation will be discussed in a series of focus groups. The focus group findings will be followed by a formal consultation process.
