The Play England survey found a quarter of second round agreements, 16out of 66, included indicators for improving play facilities such asparks. There were no indicators in the first round of agreements.
Lisa Davis, Play England's policy officer, said there were examples ofeffective indicators, but others were "quite patchy". She said: "Somedidn't say what they would measure and improve. Good examples includedfigures for increasing special needs play scheme attendees."
