Taking "swear boxes" to an extreme, surely? Kurt says he won't pay the fine; the police say if he's not happy he can have his case decided by court; the local councillor Julie Rook says: "Swearing and abusive behaviour is not normal and I feel it should never be used in a public place." Obviously celebrities such as Gordon Ramsay need to watch their step, otherwise they might find themselves out of pocket - or is it just teenagers who aren't allowed to swear?
