Opinion: If I were in charge of the funfair - Philip Okapu, 7,south London

1 min read
I'd have a ferris wheel, a ghost ride and merry-go-round. The ghost ride would have lots of ghosts and monsters - monsters that have lots of eyes and five arms. It would be a scary train that you have to ride in, with skeletons inside.

I'd put the funfair in a really fun place next to the park and I'd haveabout 50 rides. I'd also have bumper cars, and to make them even morefun I'd make them go by themselves and make people control them with thesteering wheel.

I'd have a fishing game where you have to catch things inside water andthen choose a prize like a teddy or a sword. Not a real one, justplastic swords.

I would only let nice people come to my funfair. They would be seven- oreight-years-old and sometimes five. I would let grown-ups in, but babiesare too young. I'd have clowns with big shoes and a red nose that makesa funny noise, and a bouncy castle with lots of colourful balls insideit. I like bouncy castles because you can do a flip on them.
