I would make sure all the babies or smaller children had to weararmbands. Adults must not leave their under-age children unattended. Ifteenagers were being naughty or cheeky I would ask them to leave. Ifchildren under eight were being naughty I would tell their parents totake them home.
Deaf children and young people can find swimming pools very confusingand often feel unsafe in them. The receptionists should be qualified tointerpret and give communication support. During hot summer monthsswimming pools can get hot, hot, hot. I would add fans to swimming poolsto cool them down. Water slides with cold water to cool down would alsobe a good idea. I have stopped going to public pools. I had a seriousillness and my tummy was really sore, I had to have a machine feedingtube in me and was in hospital.
