Opinion: If I Were in Charge of... FIFA - Tom Osborne, 16, East Sheen

I would put salary caps on players, which would mean that football would be more about playing football than earning a living. At the moment players are moaning about being paid only 90,000 a week when they should be moaning about how rubbish they are playing.

Give the players a 2,000 a week wage and there will be a divide in the players. The footballers that are playing for the money will go and do some other meaningless job that pays better, no doubt using their celebrity status to get it. The players who love the game will keep playing.

Having done that I would create a European Super League where the teams who win their respective leagues in their countries go and play. There would be a total of 18 teams in the league, the bottom three clubs will be relegated from the league and the winners of their countries' leagues will replace them.
