I can see both arguments. On the one hand the Government is giving usmoney to help develop our workforce but I have to say no as I don'tthink using it for graduates is the best use of the money. In myexperience it would be better to hire non-graduates, they can be morecaring and are better suited to the work rather than looking at it froman academic view. An extra 10,000 would be helpful for us but Iwould like to see the money going to helping staff across the nurserysector.
