Software to calculate the nutrient content of school meals in Scotland will be funded by the Scottish Executive's health department and Food Standards Agency Scotland. In its diet and nutrition plan for 2003 to 2006, the agency said it would work with the Scottish Executive on a "whole-school approach" to improving the quality of food in schools.
