The Scottish Parliament's Communities Committee has endorsed the principles of the Antisocial Behaviour (Scotland) Bill, including the extension of Antisocial Behaviour Orders to 12- to 15-year olds. It was praised by Children in Scotland for recommending that legislation should be amended to ensure that the Children's Hearing system is involved before an order is made against a child.
