NEWS IN BRIEF: Scottish first minister visits trouble-hit campus

Scottish first minister Jack McConnell visited the trouble-hit Dalkeith Schools Community Campus in Midlothian this week to give his backing to the project, the first school site in Scotland to bring together Roman Catholic and non-denominational pupils. There were violent incidents involving pupils at the campus last month (News, 28 January).
