Nearly three-quarters of parents are concerned that third-generation mobile phones could threaten the safety of their children, a survey by NCH has revealed. And 78 per cent of parents surveyed for the NOP poll said the phones, which allow easy access to the internet, would make it "more or less impossible" to supervise children using the web.
