News in Brief: Multi-agency project succeeds

A multi-agency project has succeeded in keeping vulnerable children living at home and attending a mainstream school, according to a report by Barnardo's Scotland. It shows that 54 of the 56 children helped by the charity's Blackford Brae Community Support Team stayed at home and 45 stayed in mainstream schools between February 1999 and 2002.
