Local authorities are breaking the law by failing to publish information about support for children with special needs, a new survey says. The report, from the Advisory Centre for Education, found that eight out of 12 local education authorities recently inspected by Ofsted failed to publish sufficient information about their special educational needs policy on their web sites. www.ace-ed.org.uk.
