An inquest was opened and adjourned last week over the death of a teenage boy in a children's home in Merseyside. Jamie Law, 13, was found hanging at the home on Lickers Lane on 10 April and pronounced dead at hospital. A spokesman for Liverpool Social Services said it was saddened by the death but that it was inappropriate to comment yet.
