The High Court has reserved judgment in the case of a Muslim pupil who alleges her school's refusal to allow her to wear a jilbab is unlawful. Shabina Begum, 15, says Denbigh High School in Luton is denying her religious rights. The school says it has adopted a dress code that takes into account the cultural and religious sensitivities of pupils.
