The Commission for Social Care Inspection says it has "concerns" over four centres providing respite care for children in Cornwall. It has asked Cornwall Partnership NHS Trust to "clarify the status" of the centres as part of a wider investigation into allegations of physical and sexual abuse at care homes for people with learning disabilities.
