Reactions to the draft budget

It is time to take "cold comfort" in the final issue for 2010 of Children in Scotland magazine, which looks at protecting children's services in tough times.

The issue examines reactions from across the sector to the Draft Scottish Government Budget. There is also a report on last year's Children in Scotland annual conference in Stirling, which looked at building smarter services for children and families. The issue also considers the issues surrounding implementation of the UNCRC, and a new partnership reporting on topics related to parenting. There is a chance to hear from bestselling author Jacqueline Wilson.
