NCB Now: NCB's Schools Network resources

1 min read
Expectations of schools are high and promoting the health and wellbeing of pupils as well as raising their attainment are central to schools improvement.

NCB has long recognised that in a fast-paced educational environment, school leaders and those working with schools, need a trusted source they can rely on to bring them the most relevant and up-to-date information relating to securing the health, wellbeing and attainment of their pupils.

Drawing on NCB's vast reach across the full horizon of children's policy, practice and research, our Schools Network meets this need. Through tailored email bulletins, we disseminate the latest information, which is categorised by three themes: raising attainment and reducing inequality; meeting statutory duties; improving wider outcomes and providing a fulfilling education for all.

The network is free to subscribe to for the first six months. Following that, members are required to join NCB as school members to continue to receive the bulletins and additional Schools Network benefits, including access to NCB briefings on key policy developments, daily or weekly digests of current news stories, policy and parliamentary updates and free access to the NCB Library and Information Service.
