The new website was designed in line with the NCB brand refresh in November, reflecting the considerable growth of the organisation in recent years, with more strategic partnerships and an expanding remit of work.
Central to both the brand refresh and the website is the new NCB logo. Adopting a more contemporary design, it draws on the "wheel" concept of NCB, with its core services at the centre surrounded by the specialist departments, which are in turn surrounded by its many networks, councils, fora and partnership programmes.
The website is now much easier to use, further to a full content and navigation review. It also offers a full e-commerce option, offering online sign-up to the NCB membership scheme. Members will also have a chance to renew their subscriptions, as well as edit their profiles and update their details online. Recent NCB publications are also available for purchase through the site, along with a comprehensive search facility with fields such as title, author, series and publication year.
