New training for the new year.

NCB has launched two courses for early years professionals and disabled children's services practitioners. NCB members receive a 15 per cent discount on these and all other NCB training courses, enabling them to access a wide range of specialist training delivered by experts.

Developing Mentoring Practice in Early Years and Playwork is a one-day course that has been developed specifically to support those who mentor staff. The course runs in Manchester on 24 March and London on 30 March.

An Introduction to Listening to Young Children enables early years practitioners to effectively involve young children in decisions that affect their lives. The training takes place in Birmingham on 26 February and Reading on 26 March.
