Labour was the clear winner in a mock election carried out on the Young NCB web site. Forty-four per cent of the young respondents backed Labour but, unlike adult voters, NCB's young members favoured the Liberal Democrats, who received 24 per cent of the vote, over the Conservatives who came in third at 20 per cent - Visit www.youngncb.org.uk/14-18/polls/poll_result.asp?PID=12.
