Customer service network launches appeal for members from minority communities. The Charity Commission is appealing for new members from the Black, Asian, Jewish and gay and lesbian communities to join its customer service network and provide feedback on a range of commission policy and procedures. - Working group releases final report on the 14-19 reform package proposals. The working group on 14-19 reform has published its final report, which contains proposals of a new diploma framework that will strengthen existing qualifications and raise achievement. - Facts and figures on ... adoption. A total of 3,500 children were adopted in 2003.
