April 6 heralds the start of a new financial year, but a survey conducted by Remember A Charity reveals that Britain is suffering from "planapathy" - or the inability to plan for the financial future. Fifty-seven per cent of respondents said planning charitable donations was important yet only 37 per cent have done so.
Remember A Charity, which comprises 130 charities, has produced a free guide providing advice on making a charitable will.
