NCB has secured 15,000 from the Department for Trade and Industry to raise awareness among Black and minority ethnic communities about EU directives which outlaw discrimination in the workplace on the grounds of sexual orientation or religious belief. The project will involve developing web-based resources to provide young people entering employment with information about their rights under the employment equality regulations.
