23 FEBRUARY, 4 MARCH, 11 MARCH, 8 APRIL, 22 APRIL - Putting the National Service Framework into practice for disabled children and their families. A series of five regional seminars will examine how the National Service Framework and the Every Child Matters Change for Children programmes can raise the profile of disabled children.
