Mediation: PeerLink scheme to expand across UK

1 min read

PeerLink, which was previously the Young Mediators Network, will roll out across London, Yorkshire and Humber, and the Southwest from 1 April.

Jenny Rogers, chief executive of the youth charity, said: "PeerLink will become the national movement and network for peer mediation and conflict resolution led by young people." The 1.3m funding came from the Lottery's Young People's Fund National Grants Programme, which has a pot of 12.5m. YouthBank UK received 1,002,656 to set up a further 42 youth banks in the UK over the next three years.

The lottery money will also help young people from YouthBank launch a 5K2DAY development fund in April.
