Scotland's early years minister Adam Ingram has reappointed Margaret Wells as a board member of the Scottish Children's Reporter Administration. Wells is a former president of the Association of Directors of Social Work and child health commissioner at NHS Lothian. Her reappointment will take her through to June 2012.
