Works and pension secretary John Hutton has announced that he intends to introduce draconian measures, such as curfews and electronic tagging, against "dads" who don't pay for their children. It's a pity that the Government continues to pursue a failed policy that unconditionally supports de facto custodial parents, while mercilessly punishing non-resident parents, most of whom just want to be allowed reasonable time with their children.
