Labour Party Conference News Brief: Hodge squizzed by young journalists

Children's minister Margaret Hodge was quizzed by young journalists from Barnardo's during the conference. Asked why social services departments saw children in terms of budgets, and could not just see what a child needed, she said the "honest answer" was that there was "never enough money for everything".
