The charity Residential and Drop In Centre London Enterprise (Radicle) has named Judy Barrett as its chair.
Radicle provides community-based support services for young homeless women and babies, who may be leaving care, escaping domestic violence or seeking asylum. It also manages residential schemes for homeless teenagers.
