Joe Kelly has been made a trustee of National Museums in Northern Ireland. Kelly previously worked as arts development officer for youth arts and education at the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, where he was responsible for the initiative Creative Youth Partnerships for schools and youth centres. His term as member of the board of trustees is for five years.
