In Practice: Club to inspire the next generation of IT girls

Who says computers are boring? These girls are among pupils from five primary schools in Bournemouth being encouraged to take an active interest in computing and IT through a free club run by Bournemouth University. The club is part of the government's CC4G - Computer Clubs for Girls - initiative. It is being co-ordinated by staff from the university's school of design, engineering and computing, and has been running since January.
