Paige Lloyd, aged nine, and David Robinson, 11, are among young people from Bolton working with community artist Tracy Fenton on a mosaic for a children's centre. The breakfast table design includes cornflakes that spell out the goals of Every Child Matters. Once finished the mosaic will feature at the children's centre planned for Leverhulme Community Centre. The art project is part of Bolton Council's Moving Up Through Leisure scheme.
