Nacro Cymru, which received 84,000, is planning a project to prevent youth homelessness in Conwy. It will be hiring five staff members to carry out the project to help young people at risk of homelessness to access services and advice.
Vin Murtagh, area manager for Nacro's housing directorate in north Wales, said: "We want to do a number of things including cutting out 16- to 24-year-old rough sleepers in Conwy, and incorporate a young person's housing advocacy role for both public and private services."
Barnardo's Cymru has received 59,000 to set up an emergency accommodation service in Wrexham. And CAIS, a drug and alcohol organisation, has 159,000 to develop work with homeless young people with substance abuse problems.
