Named the Transporter, the vehicle has been designed with a seating area for 16 young people, four computers - all with internet access - and music production and cooking facilities.
The bus will provide youth services to young people all over the borough and will perform a key role in promoting positive activities.
Hillingdon has had a mobile youth bus since 2003, which has proved a major success, with thousands of young people using it.
Tom Murphy, head of the youth service at Hillingdon Council, said: "We have a large amount of activities on offer and it is great that they will now be even more accessible."
