Help from: Careline

Careline is a confidential helpline service that offers counselling to children and young people as well as adults. This covers a wide range of problems including family, marital and relationship problems, rape and sexual assault, child abuse, bullying, exam worries, eating disorders, HIV/Aids and sexual health.

The service also has a database of relevant groups to which it can refercallers. Careline is a registered charity that adheres to the BritishAssociation of Counselling's code of ethics and offers all call handlersongoing training and supervision.

As well as providing the helpline service, Careline also offers aface-to-face counselling service.
