The building, due to open next year, will house two GP practices, a Sure Start programme and an after-school club.
Geoff Day, assistant director of primary and community care at North Lincolnshire Primary Care Trust, said the concept was put forward by the trust repre-sentative on the Sure Start capital build group. And the NHS Workforce Development Confederation had funded some of capital for the nursery in return for childcare places for NHS staff.
